Technical Recruiter (f/m/d)

Position Description

As a Technical Recruiter, you have the responsible task to help grow our team with the right candidates.

• Continuously search for new talents in Germany and worldwide with a focus on software developer, IT experts and employees for our sales team
•  Manage the talent acquisition process starting with the job description, first interview, coordination of interview process
•  Proactively use recruiting platforms, recruiting events and trade shows

Qualifications

• College or university degree
• 3+ experience in talent acquisition
• Proactive and service-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Team Player
• Excellent English language skills are required.
• Knowledge of another European language in spoken and written is a plus.
• Remuneration: 35 - 55k€
