Position Description

As a HR Administrator you have the responsible task to help grow our company.

  • Preparation of employment contracts
    • Onboarding
    • Manage leaving employees
    • Change of salary in our system
  • Prepare payroll accounting
  • Occupational health and safety
  • Support recruiting
  • Organize internal team events
  • Support marketing department (organization of fairs and conferences)

Qualifications

  • College or university degree
  • Relevant further training/education in the HR field (Personalkaufmann, Personalreferent, Personalfachwirt)
  • Proactive and service-oriented approach
  • You know your limits and, e.g., pull-in a solicitor when necessary for tricky legal matters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team Player
  • English C1 level
