Technical Marketing Coordinator (m/f/d) - Home office with optional hybrid arrangement (1–4 on-site days per month at Weilheim Headquarter)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Technical Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing team. In this role, you will act as the central coordination point for marketing activities, events, lead generation campaigns, and communication tasks, ensuring timelines are met and all stakeholders are aligned.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical understanding, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience in B2B marketing, especially LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, and other common lead generation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo), as well as event-related activities.
Your Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination & Daily Operations
- Coordinate the entire daily marketing workflow and manage the internal ticket system.
- Prioritize tasks according to deadlines, strategic relevance, and available resources.
- Track progress of marketing activities and ensure transparency across stakeholders.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Marketing Documentation & Technical Content
- Create technical marketing documentation such as product portfolios, company presentations, and official letters.
- Develop both detailed technical documentation and high-level reporting materials for management.
- Support the creation of marketing materials by translating complex technical content into clear, structured briefs and professional deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer on banners, technical graphics, exhibition materials, and campaign assets.
Events, Trade Fairs & Congress Organization
- Plan and organize congresses, trade fairs, and industry events end-to-end.
- Handle full administrative coordination including hotel bookings, booth organization, ticketing, travel planning, supplier communication, and scheduling.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely preparation of marketing materials and demos.
- Represent GLIWA at events and potentially perform technical demonstrations using our ATDemo kit.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and report results.
- Ensure timely publishing of content aligned with Product Management and Sales.
- Monitor competitors and partners on social media and other channels.
- Conduct competition analysis and continuously track relevant market trends.
- Support the creation of targeted online marketing initiatives based on insights and data.
Optional Hybrid Technical Sales Responsibility
- For candidates with sufficient experience, a hybrid role combining technical marketing and sales can be offered.
- Take accountability for up to two customer accounts and support both marketing and technical sales initiatives.
Your Profile
- Degree or comparable experience in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience in technical or B2B marketing, ideally in an industrial or technology-driven environment
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Confident working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Design)
- Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and common lead generation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo) is required
- Ability to translate technical content into clear marketing tasks and briefs
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented working style
- Fluent in English B2-C1 (German is a plus)
