Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d) – Home Office with optional hybrid arrangement
GLIWA is a worldwide leading provider for timing related analysis and interdisciplinary expert services. With the powerful Analysis Suite T1, we offer the most efficient software-based timing analysis, optimization, and verification tools for embedded software.
We’re looking for a proactive Inside Sales Specialist to take ownership of key accounts, drive customer retention, and support commercial growth. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one, not just transactional sales.
Own and Grow Key Accounts
- Assume full responsibility for up to five premium accounts, including a strategic distributor in Asia.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships and act as the main commercial contact.
- Identify growth opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling potential.
Drive Retention and Renewals
- Proactively manage existing customers to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead contract renewals and renegotiations and ensure continuity of service.
Manage Commercial Offers
- Prepare tailored quotes and competitive commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring profitability.
- Ensure timely follow-up and deal closure.
Oversee Licenses and Contracts
- Manage licenses, deliveries, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
Represent GLIWA
- Attend 1–2 international trade shows or conferences per year.
- Support lead generation and strengthen market presence.

Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, account management, or a comparable commercial role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Structured and independent working style with a strong sense of ownership
- High level of customer orientation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Fluent in English C1 level (written and spoken)
- Spanish is a strong advantage.
