Jobs

The goal of GLIWA is to continually develop its good name as a conveyor of know-how in the embedded sofware domain. In this pursuit, GLIWA seeks new experts, who are interested in taking part in the development of future embedded software analysis tools.

Working at a small company brings many interesting aspects. The high degree of independence and personal responsibility immediately implies a high degree of freedom. There is no clocking in and out and working from home has been possible long before Covid. Official channels are necessarily very short, which pleasantly simplifies work and communication.

Motivation and creativity are encumbered neither by excessive processes and restructuring nor by political point-scoring. Or, in the words of electrical engineering, reactive power is zero. Whenever necessary and possible, employees get together to learn from each other. This affords not only a growth of knowledge but also support from colleagues during critical times in projects. This is a key aspect that we make explicit to customers: when the going gets tough, our employees can always rely on GLIWA back-up.

Besides great levels of customer satisfaction, this strategy has other advantages for employees: interesting insights into other projects, less stress and the good feeling of never being alone.
